Membership Terms

Payments

Your membership payment is due monthly, on the same day you originally signed up, and will be collected automatically using the details you provided when you signed up.

If a payment fails, your membership will be paused and we won't work on any of your design tasks until you to resolve the issue. You can edit your payment details via the account portal.

If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks, we'll assume you want to cancel your membership.

Pausing your membership

You can pause your membership at any time via the account portal if you won't need or services for the foreseeable future, and resume it again when you do.

We'll immediately stop working on any active tasks, but keep your design board active so you can keep your existing drafts.

Pausing your membership is subject to a fair use policy: you can't pause it after every single task and resume as you start another. We will reach out to discuss this with you if necessary.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership any time via the account portal.

We'll immediately stop working on any active tasks, and delete your design board and any other data held.

Refund policy

We offer a First Task Guarantee to new customers:

If you don't like our service after we complete your first design task, you can get a full refund on your subscription. Just email us.

This refund is only available until you set your next active task on your design board. After that, no refunds are available – but you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time as detailed above.

Intellectual property

The copyright and any other intellectual property rights to the work created shall remain the exclusive property of Super Pixels. We grant to you a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use the work for your business.

You do not have the right to sublicense, assign, or transfer the license to any third party.

You'll retain ownership of all elements of text, images and data you provide to us, unless someone else owns them. You guarantee that all content you provide are either owned by you, or that you have permission to use them.

We love to show off our work and share what we've learned with other people, so we reserve the right to display the work we produce for you as part of our portfolio and to write about it on other websites.

Liability

We can't guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we can't be liable to you or any third-party for any damages including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you've advised us of them.

This agreement is made between you and Super Pixels, trading name of Do Make Ltd – a company registered in England and Wales, company number 08951093, registered office at Manor Farm Barn Offices, Angram, York, England, YO23 3PA.

By submitting your payment details to us and using our service, you are agreeing to the terms outlined on this page.
